Meanwhile back somewhere in China.. at some point in time. Claims its recent but it has the same sort of filminess to it that the other earlier vids out of Wuhan had. By filminess I mean almost a certain grain to it, that any newish phone wouldnt or shouldnt have. But maybe the older phones arent as traceable? Who knows.
