Haven't seen me all day because I have been in VGH for tests, I am sick, remember. and I am in the middle on this one. If the dog has a history of unprovoked attacks yes, then it should be put down, if its a first offence then report it to the spca and recommend the owner take a pet parenting class, and the dogs some obedience training. Can I be any more neutral for you all.
