It is a great perk, I do it once a week?  It's really the best until it's a snow day.

I've done it for years now.  If I ever have to go back into an office I'll only be wearing underwear and crying.

Living the dream my friend, although I find my legs stick to my cheap office chair if I don't wear pants.

As for distractions, I find it easier to focus at home.  Offices are full of distractions, many of them disguising themselves as work.
