Who are you supporting?

I've got Denmark (my mom was born there) until they are eliminated, and then the Netherlands (my grandparents on my father's side were born there) afterwards.

For the poll, I've left out teams that likely won't win, picking the top 9 FIFA ranked teams, and the host.

I've chosen Argentina to win. They've got Messi on the field and Maradonna off it. Can Diego taste glory one more time?

:denmark:

Edit: poll is public! And isn't that green smiley face annoying in numbered lists? Can't figure out how to edit my poll to get rid of it with a space.

Argentina is stacked; some players that didn't make the team would start on almost every other country's team. Their first game (Nigeria), should be really interesting. I'm curious on how they will play their strikers.

It will be great to watch Snejder and Robben; they've both had an outstanding year.

We won't see Robben vs Denmark, as he's got an achilles issue. Who really knows how long he'll be out for.

Lots of top-flight players are hurt. Robben, Drogba, Ferdinand are all out. Probably more too, but I can"t think of them.

The tournament is better without drogba in it.

I do not care as long as Italy does not win.

Why? They soundly beat Germany 2-0 in the last World Cup.
