Just like the geniuses who buy a tiny home without realizing they need a legal parking spot for it.

I think its because those two blocks, just up from the low level road were all bought up. Being demoed and a new development is going in, could be wrong tho.

It's nice to see someone at least making an effort to re-purpose a building that will otherwise end up in a landfill.

Looks more like trying to find a sucker to pay to have it removed so they don't have to pay someone to demo it for them.

3rd street down is all rezoned. as far as I know it's the biggest rezone of it's kind in vancouver. Bus depot will be a mini mall or something. Big change not sure it's all good.

more people, more cars, same old infrastructure. The upgrades they are doing to a few of our roadways is essentially too little too late. were fucked.

But they doubled the Keith Road bridge!

long-term traffic planning for the north shore is great for climate change. seeing as our politicians won't put in a significant carbon tax, instead we'll let the roads become total gridlock to force people into transit or bikes. and those fancy new cars that everyone has seem to turn off the engine when they stop?
