I'm thinking about buying a Google Nexus 7. Of course Google has SEO down to a science, and as such I don't trust the online reviews for shit.

Have any of you guys purchased one or tried it out? What do you think? Price is ridiculously good for the spec, so I'm really tempted.

My wife has one. It's absolutely brilliant. Smooth, capable and easy to carry around.

We did have trouble with a blown speaker on it but ASUS is great with their warranties and easy to deal with.

I have one as well and it is a fantastic device, especially for the price. You cannot go wrong with it.

out of the 12 I.T guys at work I am the only one who is not using one, I went with the galaxy tab 7.7. It was a hard choice but in the end the OLED screen and expandable storage won me over. I have tried their nexus 7s out and they are nice, very smooth and fast, nice to get the OS updates directly from Google too. The extra .7 inches on my tablet is surprisingly noticeable. I didn't need to worry about price as it was a gift from a client and I don't think you could go wrong with the nexus 7.
