What's the smallest listening device?

I need something to listen to while I ride. I find the discman too bulky and I'm not down with MP3's… Can I make mini-dics out of my CD's? Or is there some kind of small radio I can get? I need somehting cheap(ish) and small…

Thanks, Jimmy

Cheapish and small? Radio with earbuds. My dad and I found a sports one for my mom (she does lots of 4+ hour runs). It was like 50 bucks, and is wallet sized.

my friend had a mp3 player that was about 2.5 cm x 1 cm, and it was quite thin. Not sure what brand it was

I didn't quite like it becuase the sound quality was crap, and you can only store like 12 or so songs.

Spend $200 and get an MPIO player from futureshop. It's silver and TINY. 128 megs and sound quality is wicked.

If I didn't want an ipod.. I'd get that.

I like my creative nomad zen. It's bulkier (like 2.5x4x3/4") but 20gigs is pimp.

yeah, just cut your cds down to a smaller diameter. you might not get all the songs, but it'll still work :)

you can rip songs from cds straight to MD via link cables. they usually rip a bit quicker than the actual duration of the cd so it works out pretty easy to do. hope this helps.
