This guy from our highschool went to schol down there, got casught with alot of weed and got put in jail (during sept 11 time too.) I heard that penalties for like attempted murder, murder, rape etc are like sometimes not as harsh as weed!:eek:

lol, ive had SO MANY close calls but never been busted. haha i got pulled over in van one time right after smokin' a huge fatty and with a pocket full of primo. he saw my license and that i was from the island and just told me to get out of the car pool lane and not to smoke weed while i was driving. crap its pretty much been decriminalized here for years. BC OWNS 8)

The Americans DO get royally F'ed over at times by their Justice system. But it's NOT like it was yrs ago.

In the US the penalties are almost as high as for other far more serious offences. Hell, in california you get life if you've been convicted for more than three offences and one was a violent crime. Three strikes.

i don't agree with the three strikes. i think ppl have a right to protest and/or riot against things if they want. 2 protests and 1 riot anf you're in jail for life? oppression much.

i DO agree wit hit in certain instances for repeat offenders who have murder records and such.

LOL Blaine! I have a Buddy who just has no comprehension of the risk he takes.
He's somewhat "involved" in the "trade".
Anyways….last yr, he's drinking [HTML_REMOVED]driving, packing 12lbs, and by himself, SPEEDING in the carpool lane on hwy99. Stupid shit gets pulled over, given a 24hr roadside suspension. That's it.
Lucky bastard! He does shit like that ALL THE TIME! LOL
