It's been my old reliable car when I was inbetween vehicles or all three of my trucks "happened" to be broken. Anyways I have bought 2 4runners to replace it, and 3 trucks, and don't want or need this car anymore. I'd like to get something for it. Wreckers will give me 100 bucks. Hate to see it go that way as the engine transmission are in solid shape and it's got tonnes of new parts.

I would trade it for a bmx..

GF has an 88 corrolla with only 130,000km the car has been in the family since new handed down from the mom-brother-sister so it didnt cost anything ,perfect for kids to drive ,costs almost nothing to run …the yakima racks /thule box /hak5's on spare rims we put on are worth twice what the car is

got some rot just behind the front wheels but… let it rust

just sell it for what you can get … IF you don't drive it anymore

Any ideas on lifting this thing?
It's solid axle rear (iirc) and strut front, right?
So a couple of spacers in the front, and stretched springs in the rear, and you could drive the piss out of it.

Or donate it to a charity of some sort.

Mount a wooden cross through the roof, park on Hedy Fry's lawn and ignite.

I might have a buyer for you…I've e-mailed him the ad. They just wrote of an 89 Corolla and could use a new-to-them one!
