When I lived in Whistler I worked at the Sundial Boutique Hotel and it is a really nice place. Hot tub rooms, full kitchens in a full suite. Very nicely done. 4 seasons, Westin and the Pan pacifics are all nice but $$$. Chateau is $$$ and sucks, don't go there. Plus the Sundial is directly at the base of the fitzsimmons lift and is bike and dog friendly. So yeah, Sundial rocks.
