What Futon For A Shed In Squamish?

I guess this ties in pretty well with the OneUp and Squamish housing threads ;)

We are moving from Vancouver to Squamish, for probably the usual reasons on here. We are going to be living in a shed. Quite a nice shed though admittedly. There's even plenty of room for a normal bed but for various reasons we like the idea of a queen sized futon.

This is where the problems begin. Every time we've tried to buy any type of furniture, we've had to deal with a complete and utter asshole. I still remember 'Jim' from The Prick and that was five years ago…..

Can anyone recommend a furniture store either in Van or Squamish where one can deal with a moderately normal human being and buy a reasonable quality item at a reasonable price? You'd think that this wouldn't be too much to ask.

In my next thread I'll be asking where I can find a Tibetan Monk who sells mobile phones…

Twin SALE! ----- "Koala" Foam double sided $189.99, "Bunk Matt" double sided $189.99

Are "Koala Foam" and "Bunk Matt" the two Australian lifties up there who look alike?

Ikea. Then you can also keep warm in the winter with kindling.

We've had a tremendous amount of good fortune shopping at The Bay during the Bay Days (+ 15% off if you have a bay card), discounts are generous, there is a good selection of Canadian made furniture and the staff are reasonable humans, and while they push hard to earn their commission, they don't try to rip you off.

I have never slept on a futon that is comfortable.
They are so 90's

If you are owning this shed I would suggest a Murphy bed if wanting to conserve space. We bought one from Costco, it was about 1300 bux without a mattress( sleep country has kick ass sales).
It's super sweet.

The futon! The uncomfortable couch that unfolds into an even more uncomfortable bed.

(not sure who said that, but is true)

Thanks peeps. Some good leads. Speaking of leads…when there is three* sharing a bed, you can kiss comfort goodbye regardless of bed style.

Another vote for these guys. Bought a few things from them. Lots of stuff, all quality at fair prices.
