my upstairs neighbor's toddler screaming. she apparently has reached the screaming phase and doesn't stop for hours on end unless she is asleep. i can hardly wait for psycho neighbor to chime in on this one.

Meh…our landlady lives upstairs w/her daughter and all we hear when they are home is loud clomping, dropping of heavy things and much faster little clomping (kid I assume). The weird thing is it seems to go on till late at night. Aren't 4yrs olds supposed to be in bed by 9PM at the latest??

this ones just over a year, look up some old threads, my psycho neighbor lives next door, i was dog sitting for synchro for a while this past spring and because she complained so much about the noise dudley was allegedly making, synch had to make other arrangements for him to keep me from obeing evicted. i am sure she's already all over this poor kid and her parents harassing them like she did me.
