For a thread about firearms it is lacking in pictures.
This is my 1950 BRNO 21H in 8x57.
I need to get some better pictures of it, this is my favourite rifle.

Rodeo riding?
i thought doing a really fat chick was called "hogging"? i guess i am not up with the hip slang.
Being an agoraphobic adrenaline junkie would be pretty convenient, because you could get your rush from just going to the store to get some milk instead of having to jump off a mountain or out of an airplane.
they also call me "balloon"

It's not the fat part. It's the from behind, insult them and see how long you can hold on part. I'm too nice for that shit but I must admit I have a dark sense of humour and I lol'd when I heard about it.

I do not recommend this. Not at all. Ever experienced a boar going hog wild?
I came upon a mom w/ several pigs while ridding my bike by myself one day.
It charged a bit, and I took off the other way…I've seen their tusks, very impressive.
Nope. I prefer to be well armed in any hunt. And a knife is the weapon of last resort.
I knew a guy growing up on Oahu that would go with just one dog. He said the
dog flushed the boar out and kept it's attention while he took care of it.
Every time I saw this guy he had several fresh stitches (so did his dog).
Now days they let the dogs do the dangerous work, while the hunter goes
up and finishes the boar off. By the time the "hunter" gets to the pig, it has
5-6 dogs attached, so I'm not impressed. It's way more dangerous to go by
your self and hunt w/ a bow. In boar country in Hawaii, there's usually no
trees to climb if it charges. You're usually in some dense scrub you can barely
move in let alone get chased by a 200lb boar. Keeping in mind, they will eat
you if they get you.

is it like doing a fat chick from behind and then in the middle of it saying her sister was better?

Over here we have a serious problem with boars, the winters are too easy on them and their young and the summers and falls are so warm that the local trees produce literally tons of seeds on which they feed.
I have encountered boars only twice - enough for the rest of my life. As usual hunters around here have got some seriously scary and crazy stories.

Anyone want to recommend me a fixed blade knife, and a compass. Going to pick up that with some of the xmas loot I got.
Why slag free swag?
ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.
Go for a Bark River. The convex grind is awesome and they are very well made.
Here is the Bark River forum. Mike Stewart, the owner of Bark River Knives is one of the mods.

Most of mine came from this place.

The convex grind is a bit different to sharpen but it is easy to get the hang of.

Rat Cutlery make some good knifes for the money, they make 'em in all different sizes. They also have outstanding customer service, as i've experienced first hand.

I have a Benchmade Griptilian that I REALLY like. It's not fixed blade but it rides in my hydro pack, I can use it to cut the hydro pack straps into a tourniquet at the drop of a hat. But I can totally see how you would want a fixed blade for like 'survival' type stuff.
Having a little bit of experience I would say don't skimp out on the learning what you're doing. That's more important than what gear you buy.

 I was looking at that exact knife online yesterday. The holes are for lashing together a spear

Yes. The handle is also electrically insulated so you can cut live wires. You can use the base to crush skulls or smash glass. You can cut through a plexiglass windshield on an aircraft or even cut through the aluminum fuselage. It's super thick for prying things open or separating ribs. Hell you can use it as an axe and chop a tree down.
Mine is extra special. I got it when my best friend died at the age of 31 from diabetes it was his prized possession.
