If one was to see a show ending at 3AM Saturday downtown Van and said poor soul also had to be in Nanaimo preferably before 9AM …how could this be arranged?

-Do cabs run all night and I can just sleep at the ferry until the first one leaves at 6:30AM?
-Does the express bus run early enough to get me there for 6:30?

On Harbour Air there is a 8:05 flight Sunday morning that would get you from DT to Nanaimo before 8:30am.

One way ticket is $78.26

If you are taking a taxi from DT out to Horseshoe Bay plus ferry, the total cost will be close.

Helijet is even better (more reliable in bad weather) but they don't fly to Nanaimo.

If you start swimming after the show ends I'm sure you'll get back to Nanaimo by 9:00.

As an interesting note, student's can fly standby for 50% off with a British Columbia High School, University or College student with current valid identification (must have expiration date).
