where is the best place to buy a firewire/card for taking footage off my miniDV camcorder.
i need a new card/wire, where locally can i pick one up and whats an average price. future shop wanted like 80$ or something

i go to generic computer in downtown
they offer good support. Three's always a guy around to help you out.
comparing prices with other stores usually makes very little difference btw.

Yeah the addresses just happen to be on the websites… who would have guessed.
London Drugs had them for 30 bucks with a cable. I maybe wrong but they're pretty generic. I just got the cheapest one and it works just fine with digital video.
