UFC is sure trying to hype itself up. Perhaps Anderson Silva will not be the only one to bust into the UFC [HTML_REMOVED] take a title. Agree that the heavyweight div. is waiting for a dominant fighter. Tim Sylvia has no ground game to speak of. I hope Monson wins their match.

I thought it was a very close fight. I was rooting for Lytle cause of his takedown defence. Serra just could not take him down like he wanted to. (Or maybe expected to) Once there, he couldn't get anything going anyways. I was just happy that Serra beat Shonie Carter in the semi's. If I see that dude once more it will be once too often.

only two puches that landed in the fight really, I would call that a knock down for lytle, how does a judge score that a win round for serra?

No idea, IMO should have gone to R4 or a W for Lytle. Either way Serra is too small for WW and he is gonna get murdered by GSP/MH.

Butterbean fights in Pride?

He has done a boxing match, as well as a mma match which I think was in K1, Genki Sudo submitted him with a heel hook I think

For sure, he needs to have much better striking to set up the take downs, Lytle stuffed him so many times, plus guys like GSP and Hughes are much much bigger than Serra, no way he can hang with than kind of power

Agreed, and really he should be fighting BJ before GSP/MH anyways. Then again, supposedly BJ is going LW - he will tear up that division.
