tzatziki ideas

So I'm making tzatziki dip for kebab-type things. greek meets middle east? haha

so I normally have a grated cucumber, yogurt, garlic, salt, cayenne, bit of olive oil

any suggestions to spice it up a bit?

oregano and lemon juice are a must

oregano damnit. Put in some lime juice, and chives. so damn good.

Buy greek yoghurt from minerva on broadway.

Strain the cucumber for at least an hour and chill it in the frigde for about an hour.

make sure you peel and seed the cucumber. you can even put some salt on it to draw out the moisture, then pat it down, then grate it, then go ride the TDF with rosie odonnel.

the best feta is from yaas bazaar. get the bulgarian one. soo good
