Do your brain a favour and spend some time checking out some documentaries instead of that canned HBO bullshit.

Start with the CBC's "The Passionate Eye" series

I know its not that many episodes but The Pacific is really good.

I don't watch many shows so I don't really have any ideas other than:

Entourage
How I Met Your Mother
Big Bang Theory

How can you watch big bang theory its horrible.

Breaking Bad x3, highly addictive, season 3 is unreal so far.

Totally agree season 3 is awesome.

I started watching BSG this year. Pretty impressed.

Nova on PBS has some really good ones too. Also a lot of good ones on National Geographic channel and History channel lately.

Being an agoraphobic adrenaline junkie would be pretty convenient, because you could get your rush from just going to the store to get some milk instead of having to jump off a mountain or out of an airplane.

they also call me "balloon"

Lost!

Yes, but it's so bloody convoluted that even if you've seen most of if, you should still just start from season 1 and work your way towards the end of the series.

Being cheap is OK. Being a clueless sanctimonious condescending douchebag is just Vlad's MO.

i'll add a few in case if others are using this thread for suggestions

The Office (UK)
peep show
californication (already mentioned, but awesome)
eastbound and down
