Is a country close to Jordan, Syria, Israel, and Iran!

It is also a bird that Americans slaughter in the millions every year as part of cultural and ritualistic observances!

Istanbul was Constantinople
Now it's Istanbul, not Constantinople
Been a long time gone, Constantinople
Now it's Turkish delight on a moonlit night

Every gal in Constantinople
Lives in Istanbul, not Constantinople
So if you've a date in Constantinople
She'll be waiting in Istanbul

Even old New York was once New Amsterdam
Why they changed it I can't say
People just liked it better that way

So take me back to Constantinople
No, you can't go back to Constantinople
Been a long time gone, Constantinople
Why did Constantinople get the works?
That's nobody's business but the Turks

Istanbul (Istanbul)
Istanbul (Istanbul)

Even old New York was once New Amsterdam
Why they changed it I can't say
People just liked it better that way

Kn.

When one person suffers from a delusion, it is called insanity.

When many people suffer from a delusion, it is called religion.

You embed a random picture of turkey and its plastered with "No Free Use Allowed" Watermarks. Is that the best you can do? Are there NO FREE FOR PUBLIC USE PICTURES OF TURKEYS ON THE ENTIRE INTERNET? If that were true, my friend, this is the end of Freedom as we know it.

I thought it's use added another layer to the joke given lack of freedom is often a topic where Syria and Iran are concerned.

By explaining it I have ruined the joke :-|
