Now there is a bunch of Republicans fearing for their lives in the Congress hall. Maybe a move to impeach and remove immediately is an option? I'm sure they will get 2/3 to vote for it now.

The head of the American manufacturing association (or something like that) is in favour of using it.
Seems like leaving him in charge, even for two weeks, is a bad idea. Pence would at least keep the machinery moving (they don’t even have a solid spending bill right now) and probably even cooperate with the transition team.
