Why dont you put as much blame on Fauci and the past admin for not preparing the next administration since they had knowledge of it?

I didnt ask for links, I asked you a question. The question remains, who's fault is it for not implementing said plan? Or a better question is, what was the plan? You should also realize if Trump said he's locking down the Country back in Fed, then all y'all would've been up in arms about a dictatorship, unnecessary over reach, abuse of powers, yada yada.
