Sorry, but even the redacted report is terrible for Trump. I don't expect anything could pop your carbon fibre bubble but it should. He clearly obstructed justice, and I have always been doubtful that it was going to prove a conspiracy enough to indict a sitting president. It was always most likely that the Russians targeted the Trump campaign because they are unethical dipshits that would go along with anything. The only reason junior is free is that Mueller felt it he may have been too stupid to know what was going on.
Of course, there is always one source we can go to in order to prove this investigation wasn't a witch hunt. It is a comment made when the special counsel was appointed.

The Democrats invested everything in this issue. Well, turned out there was nothing much there.
Noam spoke too soon. That was the mistake liberals made after Barr's summary. The report is brutal to Trump and it lays out bare his obstruction. It also lays out the fact that the Russians did successfully influence the election and the Trump campaign. The only thing that wasn't there was the irrefutable evidence of a conspiracy. Trump's current approval is the worst it has ever been.
They’re things like climate change, like global warming, like the Nuclear Posture Review, deregulation. These are real issues. But the Democrats aren’t going after those. They’re looking for something else—the Democratic establishment. I’m not talking about the young cohort that’s coming in, which is quite different.
The young cohort is the one screaming loudest for impeachment while Warren has by far the best policy game that addresses these issues. Who is the establishment? Pelosi? Who doesn't want to focus on impeachment? Chomsky has jumped the shark.
Trump is on a rampage with the constitution and we can't even bother to talk about him. The fatigue I am going through over Trump news is crazy. I just want this to be over.

Not my country so in effect not my problem as there's nothing I can do about it. This side of the border though there is a national election coming up and I'm thinking we could end up seeing a coalition like what we currently have here in BC. Honestly though, between the drama queen, charlie brown, the man child and the lunatic fringe there isn't anyone worthy of leading this country.
