I also dont see how you guys think Trump is too old and physically unfit while Sanders isnt?

Okay, I'll give you that point - I like Sanders, but also question his age/health.  On the other hand, he has released his health records, and he has a better exercise and diet regiment than Turdump's regular intake of hamberders and cofveve.

There is nothing left but old-timers, but Trump is for sure the unhealthiest of the bunch.  He thinks exercise runs down your life battery.  After COVID-19 rolls through we might not have any candidates.

Why is the US bankrupt? It wasn't from socialism. They put 2 wars on the credit card and thought 2 deep tax cuts would solve the problem. Meanwhile, these countries that Bernie wants to emulate are doing quite well fiscally, so the question should be "Can America afford another Republican POTUS?". The farmer bailout has been twice the auto bailout that Tea Partiers bitched about constantly. Whatever happened to those assholes anyway? If they had an ounce of integrity the Tea Party should be screaming from the rooftops.

The truth is that electing Bernie won't turn America into Norway as soon as he hits the oval office. Even Bernie knows that. I would be impressed if he pulled off Medicare for all in the first term, but taxes will need to increase on regular people so one term might be all it is. I am not sure how Americans can come to grips with the fact that higher taxes are a must regardless of who is in power.

It also wasnt from Trump right, cough cough Obamacare. The US is close to it - debt ceiling limitations, huge debt and liability and the only way to pay it off pegged to the USD? Which countries would Bernie hope to emulate - thats a somewhat loose statement since I'm not down with his platform (unless someone takes his platform down that is). I did come across something recently that said he was against open borders as that was a Koch idea which I do agree with so Bernie wouldnt turn the US into Norway or Sweden or so the internet says.

We can semi agree on the tax raises. I've always argued against the sell off of Crown Corp assets or corp's themselves. A "state" needs an income other than the usual sources but the common folk who have benefitted under Trump will not appreciate that tax grab in the name of Socialism and losing more of their income.

Trump is running record deficits and slashed taxes, so it is Trump as well, but yes, Obamacare costs well over 100 billion a year too and none of this gets paid for.  The military takes massive amounts of cash no matter who is in power.  Going deep into debt typically has many causes.  I would argue that Obamacare at least has value though, where the value of war spending is highly questionable.  Either way, there was a very strong movement to reign in the debt from Tea Party Republicans when Obama was president and they completely disappeared once Trump started racking up debt.  It really highlights what a bullshit move the debt ceiling fights were.

I've never trusted Warren. If she folds and doesn't back Bernie I'll know why.

I would hope she backs Bernie too, but I also hope Bernie knows when to quit if Biden starts pulling away from him.  Defeating Trump is job number one.

Bloomberg out ... turns out money couldn't buy everything.

Sanders/Biden are fairly close at 501/566 as of this posting, and there is still a lot of counting to be done from yesterday's primaries.  California has been fairly strong for Sanders, and still only about 270 of the 415 delegates are declared.

Wow, Sanders lost Texas.

Biden is going to now get a lot more money as well as Bloomberg's machine.  It's  going to be a much different race.

Not by a heck of a lot though - 81-72 in delegates, 35-30 in percentage of the votes.

Biden was broke, so having the Monopoly man drop out is a huge boost for him.  I was thinking Sanders had this, but now it could go either way.  I think my money is on Biden at this point though.

Thank you. But I hear cofveve is high in tinfoil.. or maybe thats just me... Anyways, health records or not, Mr Berns has already had a jammer while the rotund golden orange ginger hasnt. A jammer being a cardiac arrest.

One would think Trump the tyrannical would have imposed a form of medical martial law by now.  Seriously though, there may not be a 2020 Election. One has to be aware of that possiblity.

Yes he is. And I'm not sure what he has in mind for Term2 if he's elected. He must be hoping for a windfall in some sector. Or all sectors or he knows its doesnt matter. If Obamacare was implemented as idealistically as it was touted then it could've been a model. But without getting into it, it didnt. Arguing the value of war with or without adding a dollar value is usually questionable let alone easily misconstrued (dollars over morals, etc). I thought the only person really highlighting the debt besides tea baggers was Ron Paul. And I thought they both semi disappeared in the rush leading up to Nov 2016. Every thing since Trump's name was announced has been about Trump and or stopping him. Both of those seem to play to him.

Ya because she wants to back the winner to keep her name viable in the next cycle.

Biden with a suprise running mate? Then Biden has to step down due to either some scandal or "health reasons" and voila, a new turn in American politics. Sort of but not really.

If Trump hasn't stepped down with his 747 full of baggage I don't think the Dems are going to force Biden out over Burisma.  The GOP would love that though.  They have done well by knowing the Dems are the only ones with shame.

Biden is definitely healthier than Trump, regardless of age.
