You are the only people I know who care about Tool.

For that, I need to keep coming back here and say, HOLY FUCKING SHIT.

Culling Voices.

Thanks for following along with me.  I'm now at 7empest and Mr. West knows a good song when he sees one.

I was dreading this album thinking they'd be over the hill and pissing over all their old stuff with a cash grab.

They are not.

I haven't stopped listening to it since i got it. Invincible is definitely growing on me, now they just need to tour somewhere close to here.

Who are these "Tool" people, a re-hashed grunge band?

Trashy looking 40 something cpl were talking about them in the creaky old elevator @ Mecator market last night.

One of the best rock bands in the last 300 years.

So, like Phish? Or String Cheese Accident?

I think 7empest is my favourite, holy shit the guitar and drums on the second half. Descending and Pneuma as well. My car has a pretty decent stereo so I have been absolutely blasting the album everywhere I go.

I'm looking on the bright side of them not hitting Vancouver on the 2019 tour - more time to tune up their performances of the new material. Hoping they come through here or at least Seattle in 2020. Best would be seeing them at the Gorge if they would perform an extended set.

Hey, back again.

I typically hate their interludes.  These ones I do not hate and might actually keep them in between songs.

And Tungsten, yes, they are literally a Phish knock off.  Just without the BO.

Apparently there are more than dozens of us.  We beat Taylor fucking Swift.

I would have never made that bet.

Waiting on 2020 tour dates....

me too, Although im almost tempted to just go wherever they are playing for the fuck of it.

I even re listened to 10000 days over that last couple weeks, Jambi definitely grew on me, i used to think it was kinda boring till I read the lyrics, and that left handed strumming from adam jones, wow! the wings for marie songs are still pretty meh, Rosetta stoned is probably one of my favourite tool songs ever.

Mr. West, this is where you need to eat a fucking bar of soap.

10,000 Days (Wings Pt 2) is my top two if not top one song on that album.

I expect a letter of apology sent to my residence post haste.
