How is shooting a fucking DOLL any different from shooting people in video games?

Bunch of bleeding vaginas ITT

uh oh I might have offended a woman on her period, better edit it out

I wasn't offended but I can understand how someone might be offended, you see people blasting away at shit on TV all the time on redjacket , deadliest catch or even myth busters so of course we have to watch dave doing it

It speaks somewhat to context, impersonal man sized paper silhouettes or rotten vegtables or bottles or deadcars are one thing but dolls are made to depict real people so maybe that doll looks like someone's daughter?

consider lots of people here have small kids so what would I have to post hypothetically to start offending them, how far would I have to go, should they still HTFU ?

You can visit all kinds of places with the click of a mouse with some pretty nasty shit, so what kind of place is NSMB, Bad taste is always a matter of opinion, consider if you do something and it pisses someone off then maybe you made a mistake ?

Wow….I totally didn't expect this thread to turn into a gun control debate.

 this cracked me up!!

Me and my buddy each got matching Cooey 22 bolt action rifles and a couple thousand rounds for our 12th birthdays. We got in shit if we shot our sisters' barbies and dolls and I'm pretty sure that prevented our path to being deranged. We only got to shoot our dads empties, I remember them always slamming beers on the way to the camp to give us enough cans to shoot at..

norona, though I rarely strangle moose with my bare hands anymore, as a moose strangler I find the image you've included in your post to be deeply offensive and completely irresponsible.

The image of some yahoo waving around his hand while holding a facsimile of a moose head does no favors for strangling enthusiasts with a public saddened and weary of moose violence.

How do you suppose friends and family of the victim's of Polytechnique Montreal, Virginia Tech or the public in general feel when viewing such an image?

Surely you realize there are people on-line with deranged fantasies of violence who might be encouraged to acquire a moose by your post?

As a professional strangler I ask that you do the right thing and delete this thread and reconstitute it with out the incendiary image.

australia was actually founded by criminals and its original purpose was for england to send over its criminals so the brits wouldnt have to deal with them in England, minding this was over 100 yrs ago.

Those are idiots, not responsible people. Saying gun owner = idiot shooting garbage in the woods is a bit closed minded.

You can sit on the back deck and enjoy a cold beer on a nice summer evening or you can get go to a lake, get shitfaced and leave garbage everywhere. Does this make beer drinkers = littering slobs? Doesn't seem logical to me.

Blame the user not the tool they use.

I CLEAN up other peoples garbage with my big truck while I'm shooting my big gun.
Nothing pisses me off more then garbage dumped on the logging roads.

A not very scary .22

I'm pretty sure this one was made in the 1920's or 30's.

Nice! I have a 1927 single shot .22 similar to that one. It's in a lot worse shape though, and doesn't fire. It's hanging up on my wall.

Thanks, that one is in pretty good shape for its age. I got it from up in the Yukon so it has been around and was probably a first gun for a couple generations of hunters and shooters. :)

In a small town in Montana we met a couple of random people in a pub and the next morning they took us out into the desert to shoot some guns.

The dude in the front with the red ball cap and the guy with the grey muscle shirt in the middle back don't seem to know much about gun safety. Red cap has his gun aimed at another guys head and the grey shirt guy has it aimed at red cap's mid section.
