Does anyone have experience doing contracting for US based companies as a Canadian resident/corporation? I am currently incorporated here in Canada, and would like to do contracting for a US company. So I'm not exactly sure how I will be able to get a TN Visa since I am working under my corporation in Canada. Do I need to incorporate in the US to make this happen?
