Cranbrook is booming right now. Construction values 4x last year.

Lots of sun, all the amenities you need and 3 hrs to white fish/Kalispell.

All surounding towns have great riding.

4 Smithers families have migrated to the Cranbrook / Kimberley corridor in the past couple years. All of them BIG losses to our community and epic gains for theirs.
