This is all pre-conceptual theorising at this stage, even if the details are quite well defined.

As someone in the slashdot discussion said, if this really is a good simulator this will be the result:

Probablility that public will believe it was terrorists = 12[HTML_REMOVED]#37;
Probablility that public will believe it was terrorists if this machine says it's 95% certain it was terrorists = 98%

after reading the article I'm wondering if facebook is involved…..

If its not, it soon will be. I had the same thought when I read that other databases could be plugged into it.

I also wonder if the human genome could be plugged in with certain nodes being viruses and afflictions to see how they'd interact.
