Sammi Salo's injury mojo jumps as he leaves the Canucks and finds a new home in an unsuspecting host. Kesler will leave mid-game. Doctors say he'll be gone 6-8 weeks.
Doctors are saying 4 weeks, I say 6-8 weeks. To the doctors, I say "U wanna bet, bitchas?" OK … he didn't leave mid game, but Kesler such a badass on the ice that you know he is gonna get hurt often and hurt bad.
Canucks lose Volpati on waivers, and pick up Tom Sestito.

Tostitos is actualy a better player then a simple goon. problem was the role he filled in Philly was simply one with many other bodies ahead of him..
still the Flyers waived him hoping to make some room contract wise, i dont think for a second Homer expected him to get claimed.
Update on NHL gamecenter live: still loving it. So many games. I use cyberghost premium service to choose a US IP address to watch Canucks game. Not really an inconvenience, but it does cost an extra $40/year.
