I'm surprised nobody has yet suggested a conspiracy theory about this. Here is one to get the tinfoil ball rolling: The car with the tanks in it is completely blown out, burned out and destroyed, windows in the neighbourhood shattered, people injured by flying debris. But the car parked in front of it is unscathed. Not even a scratch apparently on the body or glass. Looks to be be some kind of secret NSA-Blackops-Obama-Coverup-double-secret-high-precision-munitions-payload. What REALLY was in that car, and what is the government trying to hide?

You have a point - its can be hard to find street parking in the West End. Some guy was probably driving around, saw a steaming wreck in the middle a debris field covered in fire fighting foam surrounded by ER and police and thought to himself "Sweet! An open parking spot!" and squeezes himself in between it and a suspicious-looking beige camper van.

Quick Google search reveals a plumber left a leaking acetylene tank in the car that was ignited when he used the remote. Apparently across the street at the time and was shielded from the explosion by a passing car. No injuries but went to hospital for shock, I'll say and a change of shorts. ( I think mythbusters did do something similar)
