It also doesn't make any sense to complicate a conspiracy by replacing a plane with something else and flying it into a building. Why not just use the hijacked plane? That is always my first thought when I hear a conspiracy theory. Is it needlessly complicated to achieve the alleged aim? If the answer is yes then it is probably not what you think it is.

There's this odd pic from sometime ago...
The “exit holes” appear to be old archways that have been finished over during one of many renovations. Look at the brick. Perfect square edge and perfect arches. Looks like steel studs and drywall from the inside. Likely blown out by the compression of the explosion.
Seems to be an explanation for each event. Just find the Pentagon event pretty bizarre how a hijacker hit the 60- 70 foot high building with such accuracy. Like Luke Skywalker taking out the deathstar with a passenger plane full of people

As for your explanation, I havent checked this little theory out but you say its blew out by compression forces but other windows are intact?
