Could be any of those things. Look, I'd like to see a Canadian based team in the finals as much as the next. But given the shots against and the amount of time playing in their own end I just don't see them prevailing over 7 games.

Ditto the Islanders.

I haven't been watching the full games, just the recaps, but Price is looking very calm and confident right now which is exactly what you want from your goalie in the playoffs.

I think Benning and Green already knew, likely for at least a week. It was rumoured ownership had been seeking permission from other clubs to talk to x coaches still under contract and interviewing others. Interesting they hired a coach before a gm. Does that make Budroe (not sure if I spelt that right) a lame duck already?
