Although it is sweet to be in your situation, rising real estate prices will probably eventually be the reason you leave Vancouver as well.
If you aren't living in Vancouver for employment reasons, you are wasting your money. If you telecommute or are retired, you would live somewhere cheaper.

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), which leads industry training on anti-money-laundering compliance, says it understands there is a problem but it blames the federal agency.
