All I had was a coleman 2 burner grill thing, some thin non stick pans and a pot for water and it worked great.

yep, even with a travel trailer, we still choose to cook outside with a 2 burner propane Coleman stove and a BBQ. I think we opt for the 2 fry pans and 2 pots setup and it cover all of our cooking needs.

Keep in mind that when it came to camping and adventure prior to this consisted of stuffing everything including cooking equipment and such,. Into something about the size of today's airline bag restrictions. ;) Eh, Rewoga.
This is luxurious in comparison. Got my hands on a Peak 1 this weekend.

the wife and I did a nice fall trip down the coast to Eureka, CA and came back via Crater lake. We then did an early spring did a nice one through Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and Nevada for skiing. Both of them a tad cold for camping though.

No, Didnt strava that we went roughly calgary - missoula - portlan - yosemite - san fran - and up the coast, which was completely fogged in for almost all of it.
