Don't EVER EVER EVER give up! Even on the shittiest of days, remain strong and positive.
Truer words have never been spoken. Your King of the Honey Badgers as far as that cancer shit is concerned. I'd wish you luck but luck won't do shit. You will. Never fuckin quit.
The good news is that I get to go home tomorrow. My apartment was flooded in January. I've been living in a hotel for the last five weeks.
Latest update
I moved back into the apartment a couple weeks ago. Radiation begins next Thursday for the lymph node in my stomach. I'm also waiting for results on the prostate tests that were done this week.

That's gotta' be a good thing. I can't imagine treatment (well, maybe just a bit as I lost a father to a brain tumor 46yrs ago) while living in a hotel.
I'm also waiting for results on the prostate tests that were done this week.
Note to self, start chowing down the saw-palmetto! Gonna' get "probed" the beginning of next month myself.
Good luck man……..keep posting
Freedom of contract. We sell them guns that kill them; they sell us drugs that kill us.
Offer still stands if you want to hike your old trail. I'm away most of next week, but back on Thursday night. Give me a shout or drop by the house and pick up a pass from the trouble and strife (don't worry about turning up unannounced, she knows you from SaveOn).
Please let me demonstrate the ride around; really it's no trouble.
Sucks to hear, but cancer can be fought and won. My mother is a 30+ yr survivor of breast
and lymphatic cancers. Be positive and never doubt your ability to heal even when you're
at your lowest.

Stay strong.
Wrong. Always.
may the force be with you.
Ha Ha! Made you look.
A co-worker of mine had cancer [HTML_REMOVED] got so sick after a few treatments that his family was thinking of calling in a minister to deliver the last rites. The guy rebounded, healed up, got back to work [HTML_REMOVED] now looks his normal self. He's awesome.

Going every day? Linacs are cool. The fascination with the device really took the edge off for me.
