See, just like trump!
Nope. The status quo of American politics is not "just like Trump". After all these years if you can't see shades of grey I am not about to convince you to start.

You're right, he's actually worse than trump. Moare sanctions moare deportations, enabling the Jan. 6 insurection through inaction.
trump was just the beer hall putsch . Biden's Weimar all over again. 2024 is 1933.
And you chup get a front row seat. Isn't it exciting?

Wut?
Biden wasn't even President on Jan 6. He literally had no powers to enact anything.
I can't believe anyone would state something so utterly stupid.

I mis-spoke(typed?). I should have said he was enabling the ends of the attempted insurection through current inaction. Is that moare clear?
I can't believe a genius like you couldn't intuit that.

Right, I guess that is true if you forget about the kids in cages, the absolute failure on COVID, the leaking of top secret information, the Putin ass licking, the grift on masks and ventilators, the complicity on the Khashoggi murder, the stoking of right wing white nationalism, the attempt to gain dirt on Biden using aid money, completely ignoring Puerto Rico after the hurricane, the grift of the inaugural party, the hush money to a porn star, the BIG LIE, and so on.
So just to put your cliché Nazi reference into context, if Biden is leading the Weimar republic and Trump was 'just' the Beer Hall Putsch guy, I guess that means Hindenberg was worse than Hitler?

Maybe Trump will get in next time? After all, Biden only won with 51% of the popular vote.
What happened to "most votes ever and more than Obama"?
A) They are not mutually exclusive.
B) NBR is not Twitter
Imagine not understanding how a growing population and an evenly split electorate can deliver more votes than previous elections.

Or a population where something less than 60% of eligible voters typically cast ballots, where "something" motivates a huge cadre of non-voters to show up to the polls.

I wouldn't dare try to intuit what goes on in the dark recesses of your tortured mind.
That said, Biden should not be involved in prosecuting insurrectionists. That is why there is a justice system which is expected to act independent from the executive branch. If Biden intervened directly in the workings of the justice system, people like you would bitch about the optics of a President acting to criminalize his opponents.
I think even the Russian judge awards the point to KenN

That's not even what I'm arguing. Let's try again.
The pathetic, failed attempt at insurrection will now be achieved through political and civic subterfuge given Bidens inability or unwillingness to effectively fight for the nations political and civic rights.

Nah, the only reasonable explanation is that there was massive undetectable voting fraud - I mean, Biden didn't even have any boat rallies!

The only (and I mean only) way that Biden can fight back is through legislation such as HR 1, and the only (and I mean only) way to pass HR 1 is to kill the filibuster, and the only (you get the point) way to kill the filibuster is to get 50 votes in the Senate, and the only way to do that is to convince Manchin and Sinema to vote with the other 48 sane Democrats. If you know how to do that, Biden will hire you tomorrow.

And Bernie would have had the exact same problem.

In his lucid moments Biden is well aware how to do that. He hung a portriat of FDR in a prominent spot in oval office to telegraph his intentions. Imo he'd done better with one of LBJ. Whatever. I think he's just gaslighting us.
Nice dodge. Other than picking a different presidential portrait as a nod to his intentions, what does Biden do to get around the specific problems outlined by Chup?
