My parents have one back in Ontario. Lots of packaging for a coffee, and you have to keep buying those special pucks.

I'm not a coffee drinker so I don't know what the product is like.

coffee in bags. milk in cartons. sounds good to me! screw packets.

kind of just looks like pod coffee, which isn't very good at all (basically seems just like instant), is this actually better?

Like all the capsule-machines, its great if you don't drink a lot of coffee, but want a good one every once in a while.

For daily use, i think its just too much packaging and too expensive per cup.

We've got one. It's just over there, collecting dust.

Ooriginally fooled with it, trying all the different packets, but the novelty quickly wore off. My kids use it once in a while, but even that's tapering off.

I've got a "set it and forget it" also. similar story.
