Went and chilled at Wreck Beach.

Worked for 14 hours.

I went for a run and felt pretty fast. Don't know if it's my new shoes or my fitness though!

has my fastest 35 miles yesterday since last summer. was kinda stoked.

pita pit was delicious. Ended up biking back to richmond. Can't feel body.

Boss walked up to me and gave me money just because. Sweet beer money! Went to bank to deposit new money. Standing in line for Skytrain and GF pats me on the shoulder asking what are you doing here. Got to spend unexpected time with GF very nice! Rode home on the commuter switched to the DJ bike went to the DJ park met hot GF at the DJ park. Rode with GF in the sun, worked on my whips and style. GF thinks I'm a show off so I must be doing it right!

yesterday: dealt w/ an arrogant customer who thinks he's so much better because i'm just a lowly subcontractor unlike him who's a general contractor, got in a fight with the missus, lost vball games to weaker teams, burned the skin on my knee from the gym floor while diving, couldn't sleep last night………but at about 5am this morning my kid came running into my room and asked if he could watch tv in my room. so i said it's 5am buddy, how about you lie here w/ mommy and daddy for a bit first. so he did and snuggled right up to me and then fell asleep so i forgot about all that was bad and suddenly life was ok again.

today: the sun is out, work has been good, just finished up a nice lunch, then later i'm going to go home for a quick ride around the neighborhood and then probably take my kid to the park after dinner.
