Skimboarding at Spanish Banks. Itâs amazing how much happiness can be realized from a piece of wood and a 20-meter pool of water. Watching your kids frolic on the beach while staring at the North Shore mountains is a pretty euphoric experience.

Yes the simple pleasures are the greatest. A fresh, hot cup of coffee in the morning is a favorite.

Werd! outside in the morning sunshine with a joint and no other plans that day. Best damn coffee you can have.

Having enough money to pay the bills right now makes me pretty happy.

If I have any extra cash, buying some hardwood and building some furniture generally keeps me pretty happy.

Last piece I built was a coffee table.

Hell yeah, beat me to it. Similarly the first cold beer on a hot day.

A good sunset is dope. Prolly sunrises as well but wjo knows. Clouds. Wandering alpine meadows. Hell, just being out in nature away from the hustle and bustle does it for me every sjngle time. It somehow makes me feel like everything is just exqctly the way its supposed to be. Hahaha, im sitting ina field and a bear just walked by as I was typing :)

Dogs. The ones that are happy to see me kind, not the trying to eat me ones. Those ones are fuckers.

This trip to Kelowna was definately an undertaking - Liam and I had been planning this project for 24 hours. We worked really hard to pull out all the stops in this video. We had slo-mo goggle shots; time lapses; pedal flips; outrageous product shots; unloading and loading the bike; walking through the field with your hand in wheat. At the end of the day this trip was all about just getting out and riding with all my friends.

Seeing the stoke in my wife's face after she just rode "bobs your uncle trail" in powell river.
Just got back from another session Powell River riding , epic singletrack the shore has nothing like it.
