Anyone know where to buy these locally? I don't want to wait like 3 weeks for this to come in from China on Ebay…

Search for "Pin vise"

Lee Valley has them

Acklands Grainger has them as well.

Dunno if they come with a set of bits though.

If you don't want to wait for the eBay stuff then be prepared to pay a good chunk more, but at least you know you will be getting a good quality tool from lee Valley, kms and some of the others mentioned above.
