american woman - butthole surfers

Well, well I been movin' down to Florida.
And I'm gonna bowl me a perfect game.
Well I'm gonna cut off my leg down in Florida, child.
And I'm gonna dance one-legged off in the rain.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, some of them are good. I'm not really looking for punk rock ragging on America, I'm looking for rock or folksy type music that's about how great America is.

Not sure what you're getting at, but I have lots of friends that would and have kicked some
ass for people dissing their country. You'd get away with it in far left areas like SF, SLO
SB etc but in the heartland their blood runs red white and blue. There's a difference between
an American protesting the states especially a vet (like me) and another to have some guy
from another country visiting doing it.

But I guess the anti USA types let their thoughts be known? But I'd hope guys like Carlo
are going for an American drive/cruise to see and experience a different culture and
country and guys that hate America never go there.

I have a coworker that hates America because while traveling there a couple years ago
he was asked at the border by the agent "why should I let you into my country today?".
Seems like a dick thing to say, but over the past few months since he told me this story
I've learned he (and the other 5 guys in the van) were high and had a good beer buzz going
since they were on their way to a football game. Yeah, that agent sure was a dickhead
for letting him in.

here's a road trip CD a friend made for us for our California trip in the V-dub. (give it 15 minutes to upload)

alright, it may be more applicable to a couple on a road trip instead of a bunch of dudes. Delete a couple of the songs.

That's okay, we are pretty close friends.

Here's some pictures of our bus, The Friendship Express.

Thanks for the suggestions, I decided instead of songs about America I'd just make the sickest road trip playlist of all time, here it is if anyone's interested:
