Dumping here. Shoveled the driveway & a few minutes later, looks like it hasn't been touched. Any good stories out there? Seen a Camaro spinning his tires going east up the hill from Port Mann bridge. Hearing of some hills closed off to traffic. My truck is in 4 wheel, so at least I am okay. Seen some Subies go by & they are the shit.

I pedaled from home up to SFU for a nighttime snow lap. When I was on the road people driving by were looking at me like WTF. Good times.

They do that when it's not snowing.

Just the usual, " I don't need snow tires" dorks out there yesterday. Put brand new snowies on the subaru this winter. Super fun to drive in the snow.

Just work from home if you can cuz it doesn't matter if you drive a snow cat you will only get as far as the guy in front of you with no snow tires

my most memorable snow moment in Vangroovy was driving up the hill on the Lions gate bridge, a guy in an old nova was driving down into NVan, buddy had made it up over the crest of the bridge where the car got away on him, I could see where he had cranked the steering  wheel into the curb  but it was so slippery the back wheels at idle were still pushing him all the way down the hill into north van and he looked terrifyed

he could have just put it in neutral

Only about 2/3 inches in Lynn Valley, the Fraser valley got a lot more.  Still laughable the media reaction to snow falling in Canada.

Try to clean the salt off your truck. Pics?

Highway BC pic of on ramp near the Malahat.

Nothing screams South Coast BC more than a Stang and 300 spun out in the snow.

Do you have any idea how much custom P305 snow tires for a Stang cost? No need for that!
