The new Ranger the rest of the world just got.

The bro-in-law has one of these back in Oz. Loves it.

We get so screwed here in N.A. No Ranger diesel, no Hilux diesel, No Mitsu deisel, no Navara diesel.

Frontier - the poor mans Tacoma. I have a '99 with 165,000 km on it and, typical, its been 100% reliable. Manual everything, even windows. Sometimes the clutch switch doesn't engage the first time so I have to turn the key twice for ignition. Fuel economy is about 12km/100L in the city and about 9-10 on the highway. Just about anything is faster.

I have been disappointed with my 07 Frontier 4L, 6sp, crew. There is not as many Nissan's kicking around so jobber parts are not as available. Just did the steady bearing and it was $210 just for the bearing. And was not happy to be doing the steady bearing @ 44000kms. It has tons of rattles, the 6 speed is very notchy and it is horrible on fuel. I have gotten 18L/100km in the city.

I am kicking around the idea of selling, buying a 2010+ Ranger ext cab, 4cyl, 5speed and pocketing the difference. If I didn't have a dirt bike I would just get a hatchback.

pretend yer a big fat american in america where any market for any product is 10x the size of any canuckian market and BTW we are part of that market, where deisel is almost always more expensive than RUG and you are so fat you can't fit behind the wheel of a small truck that can't carry eough pop and junk food back from walmart …then it makes a lot of sense that we don't have small trucks with small diesels

BUT the real question …is farmer fat yet ?

those guys are idiots..

thats just a F150… look at the details its clearly not a scaled down truck.

the mirrors/bumpers/headlites/tailites are clearly off the current truck and dont seem dumby ears big on that body.

my guess is its a F-150 testmule for a small deisel engine or has some other minor tweaks they are hiding.

Ughhh. What is it about people? Why do you think your 14 year old Tacoma with 350,000km is worth $10,000? Interesting aside, there are way more Tacos available on the island vs the mainland. I hate vehicle shopping.

Being cheap is OK. Being a clueless sanctimonious condescending douchebag is just Vlad's MO.
