RBF are the shit.. I've seen them 3 times, at The Starfish Room once, there were like 100 people there it was fucking great.. They only seem to play all-ages shows these days, and that shit is lame..

The Pietasters were cool, how about local boys Crowned King, MadCaddies are cool too..

Is there a Vancouver in Taiwan?! I had no idea!!

The Spitvalves

These guys are pretty killer. I have been listening to them for a while now and all their songs are great. Some have kind of the same sound, but thats not an issue with me since i listen to many different genres in one sitting. Rarely do i listen to the same band 2 times in a row.

Mighty Mighty Bosstones
Royal Crown Revue (not sure if this should be called ska exactly, but youll really like them)
The Toasters
Some of the old school stuff by No Doubt is good.

Definitely check out Madness, The [English] Beat and The Specials. 2-Tone represent. I don't really like all this third wave ska stuff. Some of the reggae-ska crossover bands are good like Panic [HTML_REMOVED] The Rebel Emergency and Bedouin Soundclash. The Clash also has a lot of ska/reggae-crossover stuff.
