all you need is the number. I lost mine 3 years ago but got the number off a tax form and just kept it written down on a peice of paper in my wallet.

Or you can just go get another one from service canada. theres one on pandora.

keep an eye on your credit reports, in case that lost card gets into the wrong hands and they start signing up for credit cards in your name
