I’ve found a place, in North Vancouver, near the superstore (right beside my old bay, but much larger). Cost is $1600 a month (tops, maybe a little bit less). There’s room inside to work on at least 2-3 cars at once. And lots of room out front for parking (id say 4-6 cars and the bay door would still be accessible), plus I’m sure more parking space could be rented around the yard. Very secure site, and working late at night is just fine. It doesn’t have a hoist, but I might have a line on one. I’ll get more info in the next couple days.

Looking for some people who like to work/store there projects. We all split the rent, share the shop floor, share some tools, hang out and led a hand.

if your interested or have any questions, pm me, or call/txt me at 604-219-1683(pm/txt works better right now im at work a fair bit)

If I were 10 years younger, unmarried, no kids and didn't already have a garage at my disposal I'd be SOOOO all over this. Good luck in your search, I don't think it'll be hard to find people.

alright!!!

Is he selling hoists?

We already know how to install them.

There was a used 2 post on CL that was going for really cheap a couple of weeks ago (about $1200). I don't know if it's still on there. They're quite easy to install if you've got the electrical capacity already. The only other thing you need to do is the concrete anchors, just rent a Bosch hammer drill and you're golden. I love the 2-post. Way more clearance to get around stuff. They're a bit sketch if you pull the motor out though.

alright!!!
