You say "slightly"…so ups, downs and reach arounds can easily be due to stress and or depression and not necessarily by actual disorders. LOTS of people are technically mildly depressed and they have no idea. Treatment can be as simple as just becoming aware.

My advice would be to not ask this bunch of characters. If your worried about it and think it may be negatively affecting your life got talk to someone who actually knows something. Make an appointment and a mental health expert can probably assess if you are just over worked or whatever or if you really are dealing with something that a vacation won't smooth out.
