That had better be some rad Porsche engine in the back of that Golf.

If it's just an air cooled VW I think it would have lost power.

Would be a nifty build to have a tuned VR6 in the front and a big Porsche plant in the rear, but that looks like just a small type1…

There is an early '70s Caddy just up the street from me, for sale, and in what looks like excellent condition. Bone stock. That yacht is keeping me awake at night.

Here is my car is it sits right now. This is my daily, I have an other Rabbit sitting at home under a tarp that is in the process of being redone.

1984 Rabbit GTI, JH 1.8L Engine with solid lifters and big valves, ported and polished to match an Audi 5000S Turbo intake with 5th delete and repositioned TB plate, Big Throttle body, Supersprint racing headers, 2 inch exhaust all the way to the back, no cat, suitcase delete, front and rear swaybars, strut bars, rear disc brakes, Carroll Shelby Signature Series wheels and converted to racing studs.

It looks a lot worst in real life….

The daily without front bumper (because it looks better)

The project car will have some patina on it but I haven't decided where yet…
The project when it arrived at home.

That's rad. The frame looks a lot like a DR650.

I found a brand new never started 1996 CR500 in South Carolina for $5000. I think I'm going to sell my bike and try and get it. I can't sleep….. :lol:
