When you see 'women', you should prolly interpret it as "women with perky boobs".

Respct!

You guys are def not respcting larger people.

Ok, I checked out the CrossFit site, nothing too sinister there.

And what's a 'muscle-up' on the rings? There's a list on the site of people who have been able to do it.

Go back and re-read her post 'shithead'.

Dude, because Crossfitters tend to be good people, does not negate other people from being good.

Nothing sinister about Crossfit - its an open-source GPP (general physical preparedness) strength and conditioning program based on functional fitness.

The muscle-up is basically the way a gymnast mounts the rings. It consists of a pull-up and then a transition into a deep dip. The point of learning it, is that when you can do muscle-up you can surmount any object that you can get your finger tips on.

So respecting people who stick to crossfit = not respecting those that don't?

I didn't read that….maybe you need to re-read it cuz you're being a shithead.

She states anyone who drops out of crossfit is a shithead. Personally I don't think that makes anyone a shithead. As well I don't think anyone who sticks to crossfit is of any higher 'quality' than anyone else. Go read again.

I don't think you should have to earn respect that's bullcrap.

Everyone deserves automatic respect unless they give you a reason why they don't.

Respect = being polite, being considerate, treating people with human dignity IMO as a person who is equal to yourself.

No, she stated that a shithead would most likely drop out.

Splitting hairs don't you think? So if I drop out because I'd rather ride my bike…I'm a shithead?
