Everyone is all over this Respect thing, yet I see very few people actually being respectful. That got me thinking about what respect really is and I couldn't actually come up with much…

So, What is respect to you? how do you show it?

I respect people who are crossfit…

Pedro

Pedro does bring up some good points, but being only one R off of Pedo …. discounts much of that

i just don't talk sh*t about people unless they do about me, if no one ever said anything bad about me, then i would never say anything bad about them. and i hardly talk about people anyways

me too :)
Mostly because everyone I know (with few exceptions) that does Crossfit is hard working, dedicated, and passionate. Totally willing to fight the good fight and committed to helping others, even at great cost to themselves. The program is hard as hell and it weeds out the shit heads rather efficiently. The quality people stick around.

Sounds too much like a cult to me, with all due respect.
